Job summary
A leading company in facilities management in Singapore is seeking a skilled maintenance technician. The role involves ensuring all building systems operate smoothly and efficiently while carrying out preventive maintenance and addressing tenant requests. Candidates must have relevant qualifications and experience in electrical and air-conditioning servicing, with the ability to work shifts as required.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in servicing electrical and air-con.
- Required to do shift duty and over-time when required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions for facility equipment.
- Regular inspections of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
- Attend to tenant requests, including repairs and maintenance tasks.

Job Description:
- Maintenance of facilities and services
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently
- Regular inspection of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working order and to report any defect finding to supervisor and manager.
- Perform daily routine duty of setting of aircon by BMS
- Attend to tenant, replacing of light, basic pumping work and building work (painting , repair wall crack, repair of door lock and etc)
- Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests
- Any work assigned by Superior
Job Requirement:
- NITEC /NTC 2/3 qualification in Building Services/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other facilities management related certification
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in servicing electrical and air-con
- Required to do shift duty and over-time when required
