Location: Sungei Kadut

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Industry: Building Materials/ Construction Materials

Responsibilities:

• Achieve specification goals to support the company’s product expansion strategy
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and networks
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and developers to promote proprietary specifications
• Coordinate with internal R&D and technical teams on specification-related matters
• Conduct technical presentations, product training, and participate in industry events
• Support the sales team in client meetings involving specifications
• Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights
• Execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence

Requirements:

• Experience working with architects, consultants, or in a technical sales/specification role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet targets and grow the business
