Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Biological Sciences, Chemical Biology, or related fields.
  • Experience in molecular biology, cell culture, RNA biology, protein engineering, CRISPR, or sequencing technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Ability to drive projects independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize cellular assays for RNA-targeting strategies.
  • Assist in designing and conducting CRISPR and ASO experiments.
  • Perform molecular biology experiments including RNA-seq preparation.
  • Maintain lab operations, including reagent preparation and ordering.
  • Engage in literature reviews and collaborative projects.
  • Contribute to project milestones and manuscript preparation.
