Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Sales Executive responsible for prospecting and lead generation, client engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers. Candidates should hold a diploma in a related field and possess 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $4,000 to $5,500 and requires collaborative work with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Sales experience in the software industry will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Track sales progress and generate accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experience.

- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
- Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.
- Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.
- Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.
