A leading financial services firm is seeking to hire a Regulatory Operations professional in Singapore to oversee transaction reporting procedures and engage with regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in financial services with specific expertise in OTC Derivatives and a strong emphasis on process automation and stakeholder management. You'll be instrumental in transforming existing reporting processes and ensuring compliance with APAC regulations. The Operations division is a dynamic, multi-faceted organization that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

With the continued high rate of change in the regulatory reporting space, Regulatory Operations professionals have the platform to significantly impact their environment and the wider business.
The GSAM Regulatory Middle Office (RMO) team is responsible for overseeing GSAM’s regulatory reporting and providing subject matter expertise within various regulatory reform initiatives and external audits. The team serves as the regulatory interface for internal and external business partners including Regulators, Auditors, Fund Administrators, Custodians, Controllers, Legal, Compliance, Trading Desks, Client Relationship Management, Technology, and other Operational teams. The RMO team provides oversight and governance over regulatory filings and along with assessing potential impacts from business change events.
