Position Purpose
Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists, and how it will contribute to achieving the team's goal.
Manage a team of fund accountants and participate in daily fund administration operations performed by the Singapore office for domestic and/or offshore funds managed in Asia.
Support analysis of new business, testing, and implementation of new fund accounting functionalities and requirements.
Participate in transforming FA operating models and managing internal service providers in other locations.
Work flexible hours, possibly morning/afternoon shifts, and support Singapore public holidays.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly NAVs of funds/portfolios in line with industry standards, accounting standards, or specific constitutional documents.
- Coordinate with fund/portfolio accountants and support functions to ensure timely delivery of NAVs meeting KPIs.
- Provide accurate statistical data (KPIs, etc.) regularly and promote service excellence.
- Ensure NAV calculations are accurate and follow BNPP operational and system procedures.
- Prepare operational and system procedural manuals to control operational risks.
- Document non-standard process flows for proper documentation.
- Report and escalate operational incidents or breaches to management.
- Participate in operational meetings to review client and new business requirements.
- Work proactively with clients to resolve fund administration queries.
- Collaborate closely under tight deadlines to meet client and auditor reporting requirements.
- Assist in transition planning and testing for new processes or system functionalities.
- Participate in onboarding new clients and migration activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Independently handle financial consolidation for multiple funds/portfolios for year-end reporting.

Qualifications:
- University or postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Securities Services Fund Accounting or similar roles.
