Job description:

4hours a day, 4 days remote and 1 day on campus

Coordination Role:
  • Schedule and manage setting of interview, pre-placement talks, and corporate outreach campaigns.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of recruitment events, including logistics, technical support, and communication with recruiters.
  • Handle all administrative aspects, including correspondence, document collection, and record keeping.
  • Regularly update students on placement-related deadlines, events, and opportunities.
Blackboard Portal Management – Internal job board for S P Jain
  • Upload job descriptions for various batches on the Blackboard portal.
  • Download and organize student applications/resumes for the Corporate Relations team.
MIS and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update the placement database with accurate and relevant information, including placement records, company details, and job openings.
  • Manage data within Salesforce Navigator, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Prepare weekly reports and dashboards to provide insights to the management team.
  • Maintain the internship /placement offer letter copies and student pass validity information.
  • Track and report on the number of placement opportunities shared with students, including:
  1. Number of Job Descriptions (JDs) shared by the Corporate Relations team.
  2. Types of companies participating in the placement process.
  3. Student applications for each JD.
  4. Interview attempts made by each student.
Outreach to recruiters
  • Reach out to current and potential recruiters through LinkedIn and email for appointments.
  • Create a database of recruiter leads for future placements. Keep track of key hiring timelines and internship cycles
