Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Junior Executive to manage inventory control and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and issuing goods, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers. Candidates should have a Diploma or NITEC and a minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with local and overseas suppliers.
Qualifications
- Junior executive level with insight into warehouse operations.
- Minimum 2 years experience in store or inventory environment.
- Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedures is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue goods as per procedures.
- Keep accurate records of stock levels and movements.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store area.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Manage an effective inventory system.
- Take charge of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Source, purchase, and top up stock for production requirements.
- Establish relationships with suppliers.
Skills
Education
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
- Ability to understand and manage Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock records
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
- Able to Communicate with China Suppliers
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving materials
- Receiving, storing, and issuing goods as per company procedures

- This is consider as junior executive level with good insight of the overall warehouse operation
- Diploma or NITEC, with min 2 years working experience in store or inventory environment
- Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedure will be an added advantage
