Job Description
- Supporting Technical Managers and Site Manager for any technical issues relating to scrubber.
- When issues or questions are beyond your knowledge, communicate with Japan HQ to obtain proper answers/advice, and then provide feedback to site.
- Visiting site to join PM/CM jobs, carry out troubleshooting activities, or other ad‑hoc tasks if necessary (e.g., meeting with customer).
- Understanding CMS/SCADA system; assist site managers in settling the job or complete the job independently (cooperate directly with third‑party vendor if necessary).
- Basic knowledge of CX‑programmer; able to download/upload/verify PLC programs.
- Basic knowledge of GP‑Pro EX; able to download/upload/verify touch panel programs.
- Basic knowledge of Gas DRE testing; assist site manager to complete DRE testing (including tool purchasing, instrument management and communication with third‑party vendor if necessary).
- Managing claim reports issued by site managers.
- Follow up claim cases, assist communication between site manager and TS Department.
- Gathering information from site and answering questions raised by TS Department.
- Keeping record of claim parts shipment.
- Assisting site managers to check parts code with Japan HQ.
- Making DRE reports (including DRE rate calculation).
- Performing risk assessment and addressing safety‑related issues.
- Investigating onsite accidents and implementing corrective measures.
- Organising activities to boost WSH awareness.
- Daily & Weekly reporting.
- Document translation & email translation.
- Interpretation for meetings, training or other company activities.
- Any other ad‑hoc work.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering.
- Proficiency in Japanese (required to liaise with Japan HQ).
- Mandarin speaking ability to communicate with clients in Mandarin‑speaking countries.
- Strong ability in handling technical issues and ability to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers.
- Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit is an advantage.
- Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes is an advantage.
- Willing to travel daily to various sites.
- Must be self‑driven, energetic, resourceful, and possess good leadership.
- Meticulous and timely in documentation.
- Able to project a strong, positive image of self and company.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Responsible, independent with excellent customer service skills.
