A prominent retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee operations in their high-profile stores. This full-time role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience and strong leadership skills. The position requires adaptability in a dynamic environment and involves working six days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses are offered.
As a Retail Store Manager at Chocz. Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our high-profile retail stores in the Central Region. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the success and growth of our business, as you will be the driving force behind maintaining excellent customer service, efficient store management, and achieving key sales and performance targets.
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory control, and financial reporting
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer experience, and increase profitability
Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation
Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Provide leadership, training, and support to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to align on company goals and initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Responsible for cash handling, banking and associated administration procedures, ensuring that all cash register operations are carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
To comply with the company’s policies and procedures, particularly in relation to shop security, health and safety regulations and the processing of administration requirements.
Adhoc duties as required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive in-store experience
Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive business decisions
Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
6 Days work week which include weekends and public holidays
Candidates will not be station at one shop only.
