We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Chartering & Operations Department in Singapore. This role supports daily chartering and operational activities and works closely with headquarters and clients to ensure smooth and effective execution of operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support chartering and operational activities, including voyage monitoring, documentation, and post-fixture follow-ups
  • Coordinate closely with the company’s headquarters to align operational execution, reporting, and internal processes
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients to ensure timely and accurate communication on operational matters
  • Prepare operational reports, contracts-related documentation, and internal records
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality
  • Support managers in improving operational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in shipping, chartering, or maritime operations
  • Knowledge of chartering and vessel operations is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
