Responsabilidades

• Review and respond to all inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Coordinate and schedule new patient consultations promptly.
• Manage patient bookings to meet daily revenue goals.
• Track missed sessions and proactively reschedule.
• Maintain and update lead and patient records.
• Engage with leads and existing patients through personalized follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into consultations and recommend suitable programs.
• Clearly explain fees, packages, and policies.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication.
