Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Evening Telecallers to join our dynamic remote team. This is a part-time work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals looking to balance work and personal commitments. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with prospective customers over the phone to share information, answer queries, and guide them towards taking the next steps in our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.

  • Explain products and services clearly and confidently.

  • Generate interest and schedule follow-ups when needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update call reports.

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and patience.

  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.

  • Work closely with the sales or support team to relay customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records digitally.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or any communication-based role.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
  • Evening Shift: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (4 Hours)

  • Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Flexible timing may be available based on project needs.

  • CRM tools or Excel for basic record-keeping.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work towards targets.

  • Empathy and patience while dealing with diverse customers.
