Responsibilities
The Service and Renewals Sales District Manager is responsible for managing our service and renewal sales organization and driving ARR (annual recurring revenue) for a $35M+ annual business in Korea and South Asia Pacific (KSAP) region. This position requires strong leadership skills, demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies, and is responsible for driving growth across our service sales for Keysight hardware and software products. The District Manager leads a sales organization of sellers responsible for new services business, sale of first year conversions (renewals), maintenance agreements, complex custom engagements, and upselling/cross selling the Keysight services portfolio to all levels without our customers, from technicians to senior executives.
The District Managers focus will be developing and leading a top producing sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include development and unification of various business processes, influencing long-term strategic direction, managing sales funnel activities, driving sales targeted programs and campaigns to drive revenue growth, precision sales forecasts, and working directly with internal stakeholders, partner sales organizations and customers to further establish Keysight as a long-term value partner.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the Service/Renewals sellers from KSAP region
- Manage to and develop business plans to enable and accelerate services growth
- Develop strategies to drive ARR growth for KSAP services organization
- Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, peers, and executive leadership team
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to help drive, motivate, and develop remote sales organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in management and sales or renewal / service sales
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills, business judgment and financial acumen
- Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, presentation, and social skills
- Demonstrate sense of urgency with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic scheduled approach to leading a team; driven by disciplined execution and proactive proven sales methodologies and mentality
- Win-win attitude with sound judgment and resource management
- Works collaboratively with Keysight leadership teams, Keysight business centers, marketing and delivery teams to maximize business results and create growth opportunities
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
