• Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies within DBS Bank's operations and service offerings
• Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Gen-AI deployment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the use of Gen‑AI
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to business leaders and project teams on the appropriate application of Gen‑AI, including considerations around AI literacy, prompt engineering, and model interpretability
• Lead the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the AI literacy of DBS Bank employees, enabling them to make informed decisions and effectively leverage Gen‑AI capabilities
• Monitor the evolving landscape of Gen‑AI technologies, regulations, and industry trends, and proactively recommend updates to the bank's governance framework to ensure ongoing alignment and effectiveness
• Represent DBS Bank in industry forums, regulatory dialogues, and external collaborations to contribute to the development of best practices and standards for responsible Gen‑AI governance

• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of AI/ML principles and applications
• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on AI governance, risk management, or compliance
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive governance frameworks for the responsible use of emerging technologies, including a deep understanding of AI literacy and prompt engineering concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and make data‑driven decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present technical information to non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering a culture of responsible innovation
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI principles
