Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies within DBS Bank's operations and service offerings.

Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Gen-AI deployment.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the use of Gen‑AI.

Provide subject‑matter expertise and advisory support to business leaders and project teams on the appropriate application of Gen‑AI, including considerations around AI literacy and prompt engineering.

Monitor the evolving landscape of Gen‑AI technologies, regulations, and industry trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to maintain DBS Bank's position as a leader in responsible AI governance.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the AI literacy of DBS Bank employees, empowering them to effectively leverage Gen‑AI tools and techniques.
