Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the deployment of IT services, systems, and solutions, ensuring that deployment projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and software, and stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Manage deployment projects, including defining project scopes, setting objectives, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to deployment processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure consistency and support future maintenance.
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff, ensuring they understand how to use and maintain newly deployed services.
• Address and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during deployment, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure that deployed services adhere to security protocols, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in service deployment and suggest enhancements to existing systems and procedures.
• Delivery and collection of equipment between office and work sites using company vehicle.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in IT deployment and project management.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, software, and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups.
• As driving of company’s vehicle might be needed, holding of a valid Class 3/3A driving licence or equivalent will be an added advantage
