Qualifications

• Qualified to practise in Singapore.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Minimally 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) domain is desirable.
• Strong commercial contracts skills, stakeholder management, communication.

Responsibilities

• Offer legal support in corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft and review commercial agreements including NDAs and IP licenses.
• Collaborate for GDPR and AI policy development.
• Provide regulatory training to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage junior staff and ensure workload delegation.

Qualified to practise in Singapore

3+ years post-qualification experience
