Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support staff scheduling, coordination, and supervision
  • Deploy daily jobs to all drivers and monitor task completion
  • Liaise with customers on job requirements, scheduling, and updates
  • Prepare quotations and handle billing/invoicing tasks
  • Verify supplier invoices for accuracy before approval
  • Apply for LTA permits and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Arrange and apply for police escort when required
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
  • Help implement operational policies and improvements
  • Resolve routine operational issues and elevate when needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors
  • Maintain documentation, records, and compliance standards
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
