Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire tendering process from bid identification to submission.
Develop tendering strategies to secure high-value contracts.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of tendering professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
Review and approve final tender documents.
Monitor the market and identify potential bidding opportunities.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on tendering activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying/M&E or other related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably in a senior or management role.
Proven track record of successfully securing high-value contracts.
Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
