Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage cost estimates for construction projects. This role involves preparing bills of quantities and tender documents, submitting progress claims, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience, with familiarity in Aluminium and glazing works being a strong advantage.

  • manages and prepares the cost estimates for the construction projects. This ranges from initial calculations to the final accounts to help in bidding and determining the price of the service.
  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), schedules of rates, and tender documents.
