Responsibilities

• Vet tender documents and recommend awards for construction contracts.
• Prepare project costing, contracts, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Oversee ongoing MEP/P&S term contract projects and ensure timely execution.
• Develop business plans for expansion and monitor progress.
• Facilitate timely submission of monthly progress claims and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Vet tender documents, tender evaluation and recommend award for construction contracts;
• Prepare costing of projects, prepare contracts and ensuring compliance with tendering and procurement procedures;
• Oversee and manage on-going MEP / P&S term contract projects and ensure timely project execution through planning, monitoring of project progress and execute task effectively while maintaining high quality standard at optimum cost
• Develop and implement business plans to expand the company, monitor progress and review
• Ensure and facilitate the timely submission of monthly progress claims, monitoring of project cashflow, budgets by the M&E team
• Work closely and coordinates with all stakeholders such as the clients, consultants and sub‑contractors on technical matters
