Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for landed house projects. Responsibilities include cost analysis for tenders, managing contractual matters, and monitoring project budgets. Candidates should hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in landed house projects. This role offers a salary of $3000 - $3500 and requires strong skills in cost management and project monitoring.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in landed house projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
- Handle all contractual matters related to cost and time.
- Valuing completed work and preparing claim settlement correspondences.
- Monitor project costs to adhere to the agreed budget.
- Call for supplier/subcontractor quotations and compare with tender details.
- Able to do Quotation/Bill of quantity with architects' drawings.

Job scope:
- Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private landed projects.
- Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the clients, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Project coordinators and subcontractors.
- Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients.
- Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget.
- Call for supplier / subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.
- Able to do Quotation/Bill of quantity with Just Architects drawing.
- Able to fill in the tender document.
- Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying , and with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in landed house projects
