Join the team behind one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic Superapp — a platform that moves millions every day. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of key technology initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clear, timelines are met, and programs are delivered smoothly. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics and QA teams to bring new features and improvements to life.

• Lead overall program planning, execution, timelines and delivery.
• Define project milestones, track progress, and manage risks or blockers.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, QA).
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritisation and alignment with stakeholders.
• Serve as the main communication point for complex programs spanning multiple teams.
• Ensure clear updates, visibility and alignment across management and partners.
• Analyse data and project metrics to support decision‑making.

• 5+ years of hands‑on Program Management experience.
• Strong delivery experience managing multiple timelines and workstreams.
• Background in tech, digital products, or engineering‑related environments.
• Excellent communication — confident, clear, and able to articulate complex work simply.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to drive accountability across teams.
• Positive, bubbly and engaging personality to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Prior experience working in technology companies or fast‑paced product environments.
• Exposure to large‑scale, cross‑functional program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
