Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in an operations related field.
• Exposure to process improvement/engineering and change management.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize the Continuous Improvement framework.
• Lead cross-functional programs and manage multiple projects.
• Conduct deep dives into defect causes and improve operational efficiency.
