Job Overview
The company is currently undertaking a tender for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. A key component of this transformation includes a change management program to support employees in successfully adopting new systems and processes.
We are looking for a strong change management manager to support the planning, management, and execution of change management activities in partnership with our appointed external change management (CM) consultants. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human-centered design and user experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills. While the external consultant will lead the overall CM strategy, the successful candidate will play an important role in assisting, reviewing, and supporting key CM deliverables and internal stakeholder engagement.
Job Descriptions:
1) Collaborate closely with external CM consultants, internal process owners, and key stakeholders across the organization to support the effective execution of the change management program.
2) Participate in all business blueprint sessions to understand the change intent and business process impact. Support the CM consultant in tracking issues, capturing feedback, and following up on stakeholder concerns.
3) Review change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses prepared by the CM consultant, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and appropriate follow-up actions.
4) Design and deliver targeted change communications to internal stakeholders. This includes helping to develop digital content such as EDM mailers that raise awareness, drive engagement, and support adoption of the new ERP/EPM system. The candidate will be expected to learn and use Canva or similar design tools to create visually compelling communication material e.g. EDM mailers or videos.
5) Support stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization, helping to translate technical changes into user-friendly communications and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
6) Assist in the development and coordination of training materials where needed, including supporting process owners with logistics or content preparation.
7) Document the change methodology, key learning points, and best practices throughout the change journey for future reference and continuous improvement.
8) May be involved in project management activities related to the implementation of the ERP/EPM systems, including coordination of deliverables, timeline tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
9) Other Adhoc projects assigned.
