Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction across all business functions in Singapore.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and resource planning.

  • Develop and execute business expansion and growth strategies for the Singapore market and regional operations.

  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and internal corporate policies.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and organizational performance.

  • Build, lead, and mentor cross‑functional teams to maintain high engagement and performance.

  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management processes, and reporting systems.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.

  • Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

  • Liaise effectively with clients, business partners, and headquarters in China, ensuring smooth communication and project coordination.

  • Monitor market trends—especially within the iron ore and mining sector—to support strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the China iron ore mining market and industry dynamics.
