Job summary
A leading electronics company in Singapore is seeking a Product Quality Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics. The role involves developing test plans, conducting quality reviews, and ensuring readiness for mass production. Candidates should have experience in quality handling from development to production. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to drive product quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Electrical & Electronics.
- Experience in quality handling from development to mass production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute qualification test plans based on customer specifications.
- Conduct design and quality reviews during product development.
- Collaborate with teams on Engineering Changes and perform qualification tests.
- Monitor and resolve issues during development for timely corrective action.
- Define new product acceptance criteria with customers.
Skills
Education
- Develop and execute qualification test plans based on customer specifications and product requirements.
- Conduct design and quality reviews during development stages.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on Engineering Changes (EC) and perform related qualification tests.
- Monitor and resolve issues during development, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Liaise with customers to define new product acceptance criteria, including visual inspection standards.
- Support initial mass production with daily reviews to drive quick improvements.
- Coordinate manufacturing readiness and maintain the Product Quality Management Plan.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics.
- Experience with new product quality handling and control from development stage until mass production.
