• Prepare measurement reports with accuracy and completeness.
• Manage equipment maintenance activities, including calibration, review of calibration frequency, efficiency improvement, and evaluating equipment replacement needs.
• Prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC) for all segments.
• Provide equipment training to Inspectors.
• Assist Engineers with any measurement-related requests.
• Utilize statistical methods to review IPQC dimensional stability and propose optimized measurement frequencies.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the reporting superior.
