A precast concrete company in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage projects from mobilization to completion. The role involves communication with suppliers, managing production, and preparing tender documents. Candidates must have a diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and at least one year of experience in the field. The position offers transportation from nearby MRT stations.
