Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an individual to develop and execute qualification test plans based on customer specifications. You will work on design and quality reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and liaise with customers to set product acceptance criteria. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role requires self-motivation and excellent communication skills, and welcomes applicants with or without prior experience.

• Develop and execute qualification test plans based on customer specifications and product requirements.
• Conduct design and quality reviews during development stages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on Engineering Changes (EC) and perform related qualification tests.
• Monitor and resolve issues during development, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Liaise with customers to define new product acceptance criteria, including visual inspection standards.
• Support initial mass production with daily reviews to drive quick improvements.
• Make disposition decisions for customer shipments based on manufacturing and qualification test results.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness and maintain the Product Quality Management Plan.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Self‑motivated, innovative, dynamic, and a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and willing to perform overtime.
