Qualifications

• At least 3 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Professional qualifications in Quality is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor metrics to understand discrepant material trends.
• Investigate data trends to reduce manufacturing discrepancies.
• Assign material reduction tasks to personnel and track completion.
• Facilitate meetings for task updates.
• Provide training to Operations personnel.
• Develop operational sequences in fabrication as required.
• Perform root cause analysis for assembly or test issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using lean six sigma.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers to minimize non-conformances.
