Job Description & Requirements

You will be reporting directly to the Manager, Quality Assurance & Engineering and required to undertake such duties as may be assign to you in the proper performance of your employment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications of chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
• To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications
• Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program
• Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Translate customers’ specifications to Work Instructions/ SOPs
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company
• Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements
• Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc
• Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company’s objective
• Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.
