Purchase jobs in Brazil

1. Sourcing materials and supplies based on team requirements and placing orders with respective suppliers.
2. Issuing Purchase Requisitions after verifying material requirements, issuing Purchase Orders, and submitting for Management’s approval.
3. Monitoring shipment or delivery status of orders and updating the respective requestor.
4. Processing Goods Receipt for Purchase Orders upon receipt of Delivery Orders.
5. Liaising promptly with suppliers regarding incorrect orders or deliveries.
6. Submitting completed or partial Purchase Orders to Finance.
7. Submitting Payment Requisitions for COD/Advance payments weekly, with supporting documents.
8. Filing of Purchase Orders and all supporting documents.
9. Preparing monthly reports on Goods in Transit, Sub-con status, Shipping, Receiving, and Advance Payment forecasts.

• Minimum a Diploma qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing and production planning.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• An engineering background is an added advantage.
