Salary: $3,000 – $3,900 + Attendance Incentive
Working Hours: 5 days/week
Note: May be required to work 2–3 hours on Saturdays (either in-office or WFH). Off-in-lieu will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Build and maintain supplier relationships, review quotes, evaluate supply performance.
Purchasing: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with timely documentation.
Product Knowledge: Understand quality standards of fresh produce; source according to customer needs.
Order Forecasting: Monitor stock usage, plan efficiently to prevent over/understocking, and ensure timely delivery.
Cost Efficiency: Conduct cost analysis, identify bulk purchase opportunities, manage supplier claims.
Quality Assurance: Ensure food safety and freshness through proper quality control and logistics knowledge.
Job Requirements:
Experience in fresh produce procurement (fruits/vegetables).
Strong communication skills, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Salary: $2,900 + $100 Attendance Incentive
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Half Day)
Key Responsibilities:
Process and issue POs and Invoices in the system.
Ensure accurate item codes and pricing in orders.
Follow-up on SOAs (Statements of Account).
Liaise with customers and internal departments for order processing.
Handle customer inquiries.
Manage Sales Return Orders and Credit Notes.
Perform adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience or willingness to learn order processing.
Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Email & Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable working alternate Saturdays (half day).
Salary: $3,000 – $3,800
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
