Job Description & Preferred Qualifications

1. Manage all procurement activities for indirect goods and services, including processing purchase requisitions, creating SAP purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, contract negotiations, project management, requesting quotes, and performing data analytics to improve processes.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the purchasing process.
3. Source, purchase, and fulfill orders across all indirect procurement categories.
4. Drive low-dollar sourcing activities (below $5K), focusing on data-driven results and preferred suppliers.
5. Promote procurement best practices across KLA.
6. Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
7. Assist stakeholders with RFQs and informational requests to suppliers.
8. Address delivery, quality, or pricing issues promptly with suppliers.
9. Understand and assist with vendor master, requisitioning, and purchasing applications/processes.
10. Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team for early client engagement.
11. Contribute ideas to improve procurement processes, strategies, policies, and cost reductions.
12. Identify and drive synergies and profit opportunities with internal stakeholders and procurement team.
13. Assist in preparing presentations with data and visual aids.
14. Collaborate with the Global Corporate Procurement Organization to improve efficiency.
15. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
16. Prioritize workload to maximize efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree with 0 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
