Job description

Accountant Job Description


1. Understand the company's overall business operations, perform comprehensive accounting processes in accordance with accounting standards and management requirements, and prepare financial reports and analysis reports for the Chinese headquarters.

2. Follow up and supervise business processes, review business data in accordance with internal control requirements.

3. Record sales contracts, issue sales invoices, document collection information, collect payments, and complete sales and collection reports promptly.

4. Record purchase contracts, supervise their implementation, review purchase invoices, and ensure accurate payments.

5. Analyze purchasing information, optimize purchasing plans, and reduce procurement costs.

6. Review and record information related to warehousing, requisitions, and asset/material balances, conduct regular inventories, and ensure procurement and requisition processes comply with specifications, with timely and accurate recording of inventory data.

7. Audit expenses, analyze related quantities and prices, establish and improve consumption quotas, reduce purchase prices through comparative analysis, and control expenses reasonably.

8. Maintain detailed ledgers of fixed assets, conduct regular inventories, and ensure asset accounts are accurate and consistent.

9. Handle banking operations such as checks, deposits, remittances, and currency exchanges.

10. Calculate and process employee wages, and handle declarations for CPF, LEVY, etc.

11. Declare GST, corporate income tax, and other taxes in compliance with tax laws, and handle other tax-related matters as required by tax authorities.

12. Coordinate with secretaries, audit firms, banks, investment institutions, and provide relevant materials and reports as needed.
