An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage accounts and sales coordination. This role involves liaising with sales teams, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Mandarin, possess strong organizational skills, and have a background in accounting systems. To efficiently manage, maintain, prepare the accounts and sales coordination function. Communicating with sales team for status of order and position of the sales. Producing of Purchase Order with supporting documents to initialize purchases. Processing of sales persons’ purchasing requests when required. Checking of supplier quote, issuing Purchase Order and liaising with suppliers for goods arrival schedule. Preparing of Cost Sheet in terms of supplier costs, and freight charges. Proper filing of hard copy documents in their respective files. Create Purchase Order entry in the Sales Co Master List. Monitoring of delivery status for purchasing of parts/machinery. Updating Incoming invoices in the accounting system. Recording and organizing incoming invoices in running numbers for Incoming PO & Outgoing PO. Liaising with the sales coordinator/sales person on delivery status. Preparing and delivering of parts to customers/forwarders. Handle courier services and phone calls. Prepare monthly inventory report.
Support and co-ordinate with subsidiary & related company in Malaysia for all sales and logistics functions.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in this field is required for the position.
• Good initiative, meticulous, well organized and able to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Sage accounting system
• Full-Time positions available
