Job description
This position is perfect for a fresh graduate eager to start their career in procurement and supply chain management. As a Procurement Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. We are looking for a quick learner who is solution-oriented, with strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase goods, services, and materials as per company requirements.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
Review and approve Purchase Requisitions in line with procurement policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to Requestors (e.g. on usage of Procurement platform to raise Purchase Requisitions and perform Goods Receipt)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance and operations
Assist in resolving procurement issues and disputes in a timely manner.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management (or willingness to learn).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (preferred but not required).
