Job summary
A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations. The role involves supervising staff, providing patient services, and responding to queries from healthcare professionals. Candidates must have a Pharmacy degree and be registered with the local pharmacy council. This position requires working on weekends and shifts.
Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays (PHs) and rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants.
- Provide patient-oriented services to women and paediatric patients.
- Attend to enquiries from healthcare professionals and the public.
Education
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of pharmacy operations and management. Your duties include supervising pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants, providing patient-oriented services to our women and paediatric patients. These include patient counselling, verification of medication orders, supply of medications and specialized counseling. You may also be involved in research, dispensing of cytotoxic drugs as well as other operational or clinical pharmacy services. In addition, you are expected to attend to enquiries from healthcare professionals and members of the public.
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays (PHs) and rotating shifts
