A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a Registered Pharmacist to provide quality dispensing services and outpatient pharmacy services. The role includes medication review and counseling patients on their medications. The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Pharmacy and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers the opportunity to work both regular and contract assignments, contributing to exceptional pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications
- Possess a Degree in Pharmacy and be a Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Candidate must take initiative and be able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Responsabilités
- Provides quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care.
- Offers Outpatient Pharmacy Services including medication review and anticoagulation services.
- Provides drug counseling to patients and drug information to healthcare professionals.
