About The Job

You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. On a daily basis, you will review patients’ prescriptions and medication charts for appropriateness of drugs prescribed and perform interventions on drug-related problems. Where applicable, you will recommend and monitor patient-specific drug therapy. You will dispense medications to patients, explaining the indications and side effects for drug therapy and instructions for administration. Where needed, you will provide drug information to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmacology or equivalent
  • Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
