• Greet and assist patients during registration and appoint ment scheduling.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Update and maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer inquiries and provide information to patients and families.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Process payments, claims, and handle billing issues.
• Assist with insurance claims and verification.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Min GCE O/N level and above
