Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to manage sub-module assembly and conduct in-house qualifications. The ideal candidate will have NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in assembling and testing complex subassemblies. Responsibilities include machine setup, creating assembly instructions, and ensuring up-to-date part drawings. This role offers an opportunity to work with precision tools and requires strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing precision tools & equipment.

  • Create check list for module assembly and Integration.
  • Create machine set up instructions.
  • Identify extra parts for Designer to update BOM.
  • Ensure part drawings are updated after modification.

  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing precision tools & equipment
  • High degree of initiative and good problem solving skills
  • Have a good technical knowledge in geometrical tolerance control
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
