We're looking for passionate and creative individuals to join the Customer Group Growth team as Content Producers. Responsibilities

• Develop and produce video content for social media platforms that is timely, trend-aware and aligned with brand tone
• Collaborate with internal creatives and freelancers to bring ideas to life
• Familiar with social media gear for video production, including lighting and sound equipment if necessary
• Edit content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut
• Repurpose content into various digital formats (e.g., short-form videos, memes, GIFs, galleries)
• Contribute creative production techniques and fresh ideas during content planning
• Stay up to date with trends on social media, content formats, and audience preferences
• Manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
• No minimum experience required - just a strong creative mindset, social media savvy and a willingness to learn
• A fresh graduate or early-career talent with relevant projects, internships, or freelance experience
• A creative storyteller with a strong eye for visuals, editing, or design
• Familiar with digital content tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other relevant platforms
• Up to date with digital and social media trends
• Organized, collaborative, and proactive in sharing ideas
