Role summary: We are looking for a curious and motivated individual to join our team as a Engineer/Junior Engineer, Additive Manufacturing. No prior experience is required — just a strong interest in 3D printing and a willingness to learn. This role provides hands‑on experience with advanced additive manufacturing (AM) technologies used in research and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
  • Learn to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of cutting‑edge additive manufacturing equipment from our global partners.
  • Support customers in achieving successful printing outcomes through on‑site service and technical assistance.
  • Build relationships with engineers, researchers, and manufacturers to help them apply 3D printing effectively.
  • Collaborate with our team and suppliers to provide training and demonstrations to end users.
  • Identify potential areas for growth and contribute ideas to expand our Additives Manufacturing business.
  • Participate in training sessions with world‑leading suppliers, including limited overseas opportunities (typically once or twice a year).
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or degree preferred in Engineering, Materials Science, or related disciplines — but not essential.
  • Hands‑on mindset and curiosity about how machines and materials work.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
