Job summary

A local food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to assist in kitchen operations. The role includes managing hygiene and food quality, assisting with food preparation, and working independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Always maintaining a good hygiene level.
• Able to work well independently as well as in teams.

• Assist Cook in kitchen operations.

• Supply ordering dealing with suppliers.
• Manage ingredient quality and storage.
• Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.

• Stock take every month,
• Manage kitchen hygiene,
• Manage food quality control,

• Kitchen job scheduling and job rotation,
• Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.
