We are looking for a meticulous and responsible E-Commerce Operation Executive (Junior) to support daily operations for our online stores across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, GrabMart, etc. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh school leavers or individuals with basic e-commerce knowledge.

• Assist in listing products: upload photos, write product names, descriptions, tags

• Update stock availability and price across platforms

• Fill in promotional forms, campaign submissions, and coordinate timelines

• Handle product bundling, vouchers setup, flash sale configuration, etc.

• Monitor and update order fulfilment statuses

• Extract reports and input data (e.g. sales tracker, returns tracker)

• Support cross-platform coordination (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, GrabMart etc.)

• Assist in basic customer inquiries coordination with Customer Service team

• Other administrative or operations support as assigned

• Diploma or O-Level or higher

• No experience required, but interest in e-commerce or online selling is a bonus

• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets, Google Drive, etc.)

• Able to read and write basic English and Mandarin

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow SOP

• Willing to learn, take initiative, and support different departments when needed
