- Mentor and manage junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Derive actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making and AI model development.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to ensure data readiness and integration.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative strategy for wholesale banking (across Payments, Trade, Credit Management and Operational Productivity).
