Job description
The Role

As our E-commerce Associate at Mobile+Labs, you will be responsible for analysing and enhancing the customer journey, as well as developing strategies to drive online sales growth. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and generating creative, data-driven ideas for campaigns that align with our business goals.

You will be responsible for managing online sales channels and executing volume forecasting to maintain healthy inventory levels. Working closely with the account manager and cross-functional teams, you will help produce reports and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business objectives more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales order creation, shipping processes, and goods receiving.
  • Maintain good relationships with all 3rd Party e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc), support marketplaces and e-commerce operations and projects as and when requested.
  • Achieving sales targets and account objectives (Budget, product management, promotional activities & partnerships) by organizing, executing, and managing advertising/promotional campaigns to build brand equity, increase market share, grow revenue, as well as rate position of immediate competitors
  • Analyse e-store conversion rate, web store traffic, store page views, abandoned cart, cancelled /return orders with follow-up action.
  • Keep a smooth process flow of operations in inventory and order management, inclusive of inventory analysis and stock forecasting
  • Ensuring data on all orders and returns is timely & accurate, arranging deliveries with the logistics department.
  • Maintain all online channels to be accurate, up to date, and brand-compliant according to company standards.
  • Responsible for all customer enquiries for 3rd party platforms, social media page, and write-ins.
  • Support the e-commerce and logistics team on other duties as required
